is there any Elient Soletaken who didnt drink the blood of Tiam? Cause if there was a guy who is one and didn't drink her blood I'm willing to bet that he would be the Consort.
Who crusefied T'iam?

Yep... Udinaas son with Menandore. He's said to be a soletaken dragon in MT. He was only seven weeks old and certainly wasn't "writhing on a tree," or "whispering with madness of the time of his release".
