I believe the theories that Dessimbelackis did join with the seven remaning Deragoth and lost himself in the process. I believe in perhaps Toll The Hounds the Deragoth will be destroyed or some such occurence and he will return.

The FA have no interest in justice. Their game is balance. If they see injustice they might be inclined to deliver justice as an assertion of balance, but if they see justice they're just as likely to deliver injustice for the same reason. Whatever happens, they'll act to counter it, for good or ill.
