I bet we don't even see her again. Everybody is leaving 7c. In Paran's case it is implicitly said that he will not return. I think Felisin's purpose in the book is just a way of wrapping a bunch of loose ends i.e. the survivors of the plague. 7C will be left to the maimed and a whole new cult of Apocalypse is born.

I'd prefer it if everyone left on Seven Cities dropped dead. We've already spent about half of the series there, it would be nice for the story to finally get back to Darujhistan or some of the other places we never get to see.
