I vote for Tehol. Some of the others are close but every thing you read or hear about him in MT just goes towards his reputation as incredibly ingenious and crafty. (Espeacially with money/economy/political kind of things.) I would say quick or CG as second.

Tehol, easily. He manages to conquer a nation's entire economy without anyone noticing. He also has much better dialogue than any other character.
For those saying the CG...remember that he's had over 100,000 years to come up with his plans. It doesn't take a genius to come up with a great plan when you have that long to think about it.

I'm going to have to go with Mallick Rel, even though it kills me to do so. I mean here's a guy who has taken being a weasel to the next level. You that have read the BH know what I'm talking about. I wonder if he's related to George W Bush?

I'd say Kruppe. In MOI, he deliberately manuvered Caladan Brood into losing his temper, and swinging his hammer.
Further, he's done some many other things, with such silly panache, it seems impossible that he should be anywhere near as successful in his plots as he is...

hard to choose. Quick Ben, Tehol or Kruppe... well, they're all equally good, though I picked Quick Ben because he appears the most in all the books available so far.

This was difficult to choose... I voted for Tehol because he's the craftiest so far, but I think that Shadowthrone might surprise us all in the end.

I've got to trust in K'rul and his ability to choose one of his most divine partners in achieving his goals, one always gets the feel kruppe has something extra up his sleeve, similarly to quick ben but to a greater extent. This is understandable as we are opened upto qb's fears and doubts a lot more than the other way around.
