True, you make a good point there ofcourse. But lets compare Michael's and Fisi's out lap. Both of them had no grip and Michael did slide coming out but he managed to keep it under control...Fisi on the other hand went WAY off line

Renault do seem to be very good at self-inflicted disasters. Alonso might be glad he's moving away, although Mclaren have a bit of a track record about losing races they should have won.

The problem with this recent Renualt-mistakes is that they come in the most unappropriate moment. Now, in the final stages... Starting with the Hungary (blown victory with pit problems), then Monza (blown 3rd place with an engine failiure) and now China (blown victory with yet again pit problems)

As for Fisico-Schummi duel. Well, jen you cannot possibly be serious..
You really think that Fisico was at any part of the race intended to actually battle schummi? He was meant to BLOCK schummi and by doing that he compromised his 2nd place. geez, I thought you knew something about F1...

2nd he says Michael is the most unsporting driver ever (which he later denied ever saying when confronted by BBC Five Live)

However the integrity of that article is under question. The source is a Spanish newspaper and the previous one where he accused Michael was also a Spanish newspaper and he later said he never made those comments when BBC asked him about it...but...meh if it is true...dear lord

That story makes no sense whatsoever... if all Renault cared about was the constructor's championship then they wouldn't sabotage it by slowing one of their drivers and losing 2 points for the win, would they? They also wouldn't tell Fisi to slow down and hold Michael up when Alonso was so slow just ahead of them.

OMG... Why are you so eager to misunderstand the points i am trying to make..?
Fisi compromised his 2nd by keeping Schumi away from FA... That's it.
Then, when Renault saw that FA is gonna lose it, they tried to switch the strategy and make a damage-control tactic of Fisico winning.
Of course with MS's skils, Ferrari's pace and the grip the intermediate Bridgestones had compared to the Mischelins, there was no chance of keeping GF in front of MS.


BTW- Maranello called. They said that they switched the engine deliveries. Schumi got the one that was meant to go toa Fiat Punto...

That race was epic. Schumi bowed out in style, despite not actually getting a podium place, what a drive.
Plus Alonso's post-race press conference lessened my dislike of him considerably.

ownage...pure and utter ownage...everyone on the track got owned. Last Place, 70 seconds behind (2 seconds away from being lapped) and he catches up to Fisi...who got scared and decided to just move out of the way because he is a loser...yes you hear me...he is a loser.

A better farewell race than the outright win in my opinion, because he clearly would've won but this was a better farewell because it was ownage. in****ingdeed...*sigh* I'm gonna go cry now...bye...

OK i agree, he did some miracles with that ferrari on sunday..
But please be objective: Wasn't that car so superior to every other on track that even Alber would've won a clean race in it?
I mean, look a the sheer difference in the speed on the straight lines between Schumi and Kimi/Fisico/every other "loser" he had overtaken...
