Clarkesworld books has a pre-order page for the paperback, but don't anyone rush into anything.

There's nothing (yet) on the PS Publishing website about this, so even once it's official it may take a while. PS has a good sized list of other books they've already made a commitment to publish, and these things can take a while -- don't forget it's basically a one man show.
