Yes I've noticed already...

Must say I am quite happy with the Result for "best Book" Considering who Erikson was up against.


Also very happpy with best underrated book and best new Author..

I think the only Bitching that will come of it will be the result of "Deadhouse Gates" .. The extreme fanyboys will have wanted it to have come in 2nd/1st I would say.

I honestly expected Martin to take 1st since he had only one book and Erikson had 2. To see Erikson take 1st and 3rd really trumps Martin.

The tag team of Erikson and ICE kicked some arse!

Indeed, and I see you guys are following me around from site to site as I link to it :D I was pleasantly surprised as well, although my own voting, as found in my Blog (link within the wotmania awards bit), is quite a bit different. But then again, I also read the UK editions back in 2002 :D
