Finally finished Mountain of Black Glass - good ending, though I don't see how he could possibly keep going for another 1200 pages.
Once I'm done with Sea of Silver Light, I'm gonna re-read House of Chains, then order The Warrior-Prophet (and what's the deal with the UK release date there, eh?).

If its the one by Stan Nicholls then yeah, an interesting series written from the other point of view.

If you enjoy then go for the Quicksilver novels by Stan Nicholls, theres only two at the mo but theyre shaping up well.

I'm well aware they are a waste you fool Posted Image

but they fit the order perfectly as a certain rabid fat kid pointed out. they are also the only 2 on that list I wont be reading. you are all welcome to stew over what that means, but its not really that much of a leap.

Now reading The Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice. I wasn't planning on starting this so soon after The Vampire Lestat, but you can't argue with the cliffhanger endings

Reading Simon Scarrow's latest two books, The Eagle and the WOlves and Eagles Prey, must say shaping up really well, definitely worth picking up. Sort of a Roman Sharpe but through the use of common soldiers.

Pinto's the guy that detailed his world down to the names of each ant in each colony in each field in each county in each.......not sure that's healthy, gotta leave some room in your mind for the real world too.

nah. that's 6 books too many. the first two were alright. it just got repetative after that. like a bad batman sequel where the penguin returns. but this time around he's got colours on his umbrellas. you just know that batman's gonna kick his ass anyway.
