Just Finished Myke Cole's SIXTEENTH WATCH.
Great book, worth the time and money.

Sadly, I cannot morally give Myke Cole money anymore.

Finally got back into reading a bit. Finished the first Kate Daniels book - quick easy read. Not the best writing in the world or requiring any great amounts of thought, but decently entertaining.

Followed that up with Three Parts Dead by Max Gladstone. Thouroughly enjoyed that and will likely look into picking up the rest of the Craft books. Tempted to buy a kindle as the whole set is currently under $20 on e-reader.

I binge bought that, a few of the Kate Daniels books for easy after work reads, Grace of Kings by Ken Liu, The Red Knight by Miles Cameron and The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins. Will decide on which series to read first after finishing Grace of Kings and the Red Knight.

Sexual harassment

And a deeper dive beyond the lead accusations into his ex-girlfriend paints an even worse picture of the man that includes more sexism, racism, gaslighting, and other shit.

This coupled with the initial sexual harassment accusations, pretty much mean I'll never buy his work again. He sounds like a complete fucking prick of a human.

Oh yeah, not a huge bother at all. I just compared it to the Pug & Carline scenes in the first book and it was so much quicker and abrupt than that.

Ooooo.

Man I want to reread, but my TrP is ridiculous as it is.

And once I start with Magician I am basically obliged to follow through with my Feist rereading list (skipping empire, just reread recently). Which is like another.... 10 books

I am down a rabbit hole of WoT reread.... on book 10 after starting in early Jan...

It's quite different reading as an adult, but still compelling enough to drive me on, skimming certain characters POV because I can't stand the emo.
