I don't think they are based at all around our actual league set-up.

Yeah, they definitely aren’t considering the 2qb setup or 6 pt/TD pass. I got majorly dinged on Josh Allen for my first pick. Admittedly could have gone RB there but Allen wouldn’t have made it back to me in rd 2 and I wanted a slightly different strategy after some early QB issues last year.

Moving forward I just saw this:

The Can't Cut List is designed for leagues with 10 or more teams to prevent teams from dumping elite players. It is not recommended for leagues with less than 10 teams.


Do we want implement this change if we continue next year? It can put people in a sticky situation.

It means you can't drop the person from your team. If you have 4 or more people on the can't cut list and all 4 are hurt you might have to go with some empty roster spots occasionally. Very rare for that to happen, but it's not really needed in our league. Most importantly it's meant to stop people from giving up and dropping people and screwing up the league.
