MARIO WONDER yeah no brainer, I'll be getting that.

HORIZON 2 looks like something my kids would enjoy playing.

A SPY X FAMILY game? Very cool.

MARIO RPG looks like Classic FF in Marion mode. I will definitely play it.

PRINCESS PEACH SHOWTIME....how does that look that fun? Crazy fun.

TOMB RAIDER 1-3 remastered....uh....I dunno, I feel like playing these now would not give me the same enjoyment as they did as a kid, even with the remastering.

UNICORN OVERLORD...huh, not typically my jam but looks really good!

BANDLE TALE: A LEAGUE OF LEGENDS cozy game? Amaze. Will definitely get.

EIYUDEN CHRONCILES looks fun...not sure if it goes beyond the generic-RPG-ness...but the character designs and backgrounds look dope...as long as the gameplay Is there, I'll try it.

A few too many Mario games....I get it...but still...

As a cozy gamer on my Switch for the most part, BANDLE TALE is the one that popped out to me the most as that's right up my alley. Crating? Fishing? Festivals? yeah...that's 100% my jam.

Shit direct. My logic as a Metroid fan is as follows:

Metroid in the direct: god tier
No Metroid in the direct: ass garbage

We are a simple fanbase.

Anyway, TR1-3 remaster I'll probably get cos I love those games. PoP2D had some animations lifted directly from Raven Beak showcased so I think this is a Mercury Steam game and it's worth a look on that basis alone.

What bothers me most about this is that F-Zero (a game I adored as a kid) PROPERLY updated and ported into a Next Gen console could look and feel spectacular....but barely updating the graphics beyond what they were and making it a Multiplayer 99-person battle Royale game on the same tracks as before....holy shit, the level of fucked off that makes me. Whoever greenlit that I hope gets fucking fired.

A Metroidvania, no less, which might not be for everyone but definitely grabs my attention. It's giving very 'Dread' vibes.

It's quite weird that they're remaking Super Mario RPG and Thousand Year Door in such a short span of time, but I'll take it. TYD looks great.



It's definitely a 'final days of the system' sort of direct, though.

Exactly. Mute City wasn't designed for 99 cars. Hell, GP Legend had like... 35 at any one time, and even THAT felt chaotic. And this new game has three times that!
