Help
Nice Coltaine pic. Thats almost exactly how I viewed him. I think the book described him as having black hair which was oiled into a long braid, but for some reason I always felt it was a dirty blonde color. Not sure why. Although I thought Nil and Nether where quite different then they are described(I don't think I caught their description on my first read through) as well.

hehe, I always picture them differently then they are really described... And I really can't picture Coltaine with black hair for some reason..but I'll try it out and see what it looks like.

Got to agree, the second pic is better there.

Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I think the cone shape is because the hound's front end is further forward than the back end, Brood. Perspective, and all that.

Quick Points:
1. A canine's front legs bend towards the back, the back legs towards the front.
2. The floor tiles need to expand, rather than run straight up and down. Yeah, it's the realm of Shadow, but I'd expect the throneroom to reflect Shadowthrone's desires. As it is, it looks like a stamped pattern from Photoshop, reflecting no perspective.
3. Might be better to really, really darken inside Shadowthrone's hood. Almost black.

other than that does the realm of shadow have fire?
