SOMEone else here has read 'Switchblade Honey' by Warren Ellis, right?

(black) Widow Spider
Wolf Spider
Recluse Spider
Kind of wondering if there might be a theme involved (or perhaps this is pure coincidence) ?
Eager to find out more about whatever "The Dark" is.

So no idea what the price range of subscriptions will be? Not that it matters because I'll be getting one regardless I think.

Not doubting the greatness. Just noting similarity - S'Honey has a similar plot, based on the outline you gave us.
That said, SE could write about the adventures of sentient meatloaf using gravy guns to fight zombie carrots and i would read it. And probably pay a rediculous amount of money to do so, too.
- Abyss, retains copyright to the meatloaf thing.

Thank you so much monsieur path, you are wonderful, really, despite all my dire threats that I have made at various points...
And I too would read a book about meatloaf... I would be confused but would read it nonetheless!

I'm very interested as well, another reason not to sign up for the cheapest (and thus slowest) broadband connection I can find
Question:
I'm not really familiar with these hdv online series thingies, so do you get like a few minutes a day or more like one episode a week? And can you watch the old ones over and over again, or are they accesible on a limited basis?
And what are the requirements for viewing (cause my pc @home is like a dinosaur (5y+).
Well, more than one question it seems...
Patch?
Thanks in advance
And I do have to catch up reading that "Chain of Dogs" thread, dammit!

Pleasantly surprised... remember that a lot of the people on this forum are students, and thus can't spend too much - we have to buy our beers and pizzas after all!

jeez....
it will be $20 US to register (which gets your dog tags, access to the blogs and forums and, for the first 500 to 'enlist', a chance to win a novel signed by SE), then $12 US a quarter (3 months or $1 a week)...happy now?
@ouki (and garden_rake)...you'll have choice to either watch each episode in hdv, a lower resolution (should your pc not be the latest and greatest) or, shortly, on your pda or cell phone in daily 1.75 minute episodes...you will, as a member, always have access to previous episodes in all formats...oh, and did i mention that in 6 months you'll have a chance to be flown to the set from wherever you are and be an extra...stop slobbering; it isn't polite.

yeah, not that bad, so that makes it $32 for the first payment? will you be able to watch it weekly? for example, every friday or saturday you post an episode containing all the daily episodes for that week so you can watch it in one go and not have to start a new ep every 1.75 minute

the episodes will be available first as weekly, 12-minute pieces...followed by the introduction of daily 1:45 minute (105 seconds) episodes for cell phones and pdas. every episode will be archived and always-available to subscribers...
