Yes, because it is a binding trade, is worth more because people's commodities are swapped and means people have less motivation to swap commodities with people like khell.

My trading partner has always been and will remain Morgoth. I offer you 1TG for the free refresh, I can even do the trade on the turn you play Trade so it's binding. I don't mind adding a no-trade with Khell clause.

That is acceptable to me. Tech on the first turn is not a particular hindrance to my plans.

Am I missing something? He needs to score a PO and an SO this round, hope Twelve does not take Rex, take Imperial (he could do this without me making a deal) then have to score a 2VP PO next round or a PO and SO.

I literally don't have the actions available to me to take more than one system from him whereas he has lots of actions available to him. Making my system formidable is preventing him from an easy score with his Flagship. There should be no easy systems for him to attack.

He scores a PO and an SO this turn, grabs imperial next turn and can then reach 10 vp multiple ways (2 1 point POs, a 2 point PO, and 2 SOs are potentially scorable)

And twelve blend and morgoth have left plenty of weak systems accessible by khell to score the flagship SO.

We need to try and stop the SO score this turn.

I'll still do your trade agreement for 3TG, for a free refresh and that I'll use your trade agreement this round. You can still do commodity for TG swaps with Morgoth if that's what you are worried about.
