As I see it I'm not winning either way. If you give me your ceasefire then I can maybe get to 9. Otherwise I end the game right where I'm at. I'd be okay with Morgoth winning again.

Me too but I would need the objective gods to look in favour upon me. My points total slightly flatters to deceive, in that I’m not well positioned to get easy points next round, unlike most others.

Posted, sorry for the delay, I've had a productive few hours since I last posted, made an offer on a house and DM'd a session of dnd.

I have been very lucky with the sabotage draws this game. Now my question is does Morgoth have the retain a strategy card action card and do you have a parley.

That would have been interesting, it would make the game very different.

I think tatts would still be in prime position to win, at this moment he is the only player who can definitely win next round as he has a scorable PO that can get him over the line. I think everyone else is relying on a good PO draw, imperial or SO's.

Also has anyone gone through and got a list of all the PO's we can vote for? Can we vote for action phase SOs?

After having some interesting action cards in the first couple of rounds, I'm going back to my long-held belief that their randomness ruins the game (for me)

Action cards are the hardest thing to plan for.

I do think in general twilight imperium is very random, but that's part of what I like about it. If we didn't have the randomness it would be a surefire thing who was going to win next round.

Play it. You can place pds with it too. Though even with construction adding 2 more pds you would still be one short unless you have another pds on the board I'm not aware of.
