Yes, they are. (Discard pile is open information, so anyone could just look at the discard pile before and after to deduce what Morgoth picked up)

Now before anyone thinks about doing any shenanigans on my shenanigans, remember this is the best way to stop Twelve winning. Morgoth, Blend, it means you get to pick cards before Twelve. Also, it keeps the cards furthest away from our points leader, Tatts, and two other contenders for the win in Twelve and IH. IH, you should also vote for this because of it keeping cards away from Twelve. Tatts, you have to vote for this.

Luck! I would have had waaay more PDS's on board without that SO, if it was a different one I may have won this round. It's the path you choose. It was my first SO I think and did not try to get Hope's End, at any stage which would have helped massively. 4 PDS 2's I could have had, including Mallice.

Ah, but I currently have no easily scored objectives. I can't do the 2VP one even if I grab Construction, I am not going to be able to gain 12 influence for my unfulfilled SO, and the 1VP ones I haven't achieved are also extremely hard for me due to lack of resources/planets.

I meant in terms of it's a good SO for your race, as you can place Mechs without expending resources to build them.

You're thinking of AGAINST. I picked the option which was less good for twelve - he currently has the fewest techs of anyone so would have suffered least from AGAINST, whereas Morgoth/Blend would have hated it.
