I wasnt completely sure if I had to pay a CT for the Winnu warfare thing, so I played it safe.

It's a secondary so wouldnt they have to spend a CT for it? I'd assume so. Has D'rek ruled on this?

I would say yes, it doesn't say there's no cost to using the secondary, only that they'd be allowed to use the secondary.

I've reviewed the thread, and it seems either Drek or I added a cultural fragment to my post when I took Bakal/Alio Prima, and it has been there ever since. I'm updating my posts from there on to remove that fragment.

I dont have the tech to go to the asteroid but I can go over Hipes end

Can you wait until after I move on Rex? Then I can always retreat to Rex so if I lose ships against Khell I wont auto lose those shios.

I've checked again and the secondary has use a ct as part of it so you definitely need to pay the ct. Obvious really, you don't get to build for free so why would you get to do anything else for free.
