Dunno why it's written that way, but I'm going to stick to the text as-written.

It says "from systems", not "from one system", so you are allowed to move ships from multiple systems.

Since it says 1 command token, if there were somehow a system that contained 2 of your command tokens, it would not be allowed (but other rules prevent that from ever happening anyway).

Yeah I had serious concerns I'd be force to destroy some of my capital ships on the attack. I had no idea I was a relic reroll of my flagshios' 1 miss from taking everything out. I wanted to rough you up not wipe you out. Sorry about that Khell.
