I was very disappointed in this rounds agendas! I don't think buying the votes I need for the point is even remotely economical.

I can't find a specific thing in the rulebook, but google seems to suggest you are right and this law should be autodiscarded.

Warsuns are amazing. The only downside to them for muaat is that if they lose a battle and the warsun there odds of winning reduce dramatically (as I think blend found).

Twelves no tech strategy and building up a fleet is smart as it covers a major muaat weakness (and he has got one of the best techs for muaat gravity drive)

Neither agenda benefits me. If IH gets too much of a lead people will stop giving him stuff and ceding things to him. He's had a nice easy ride so far.

I'm waiting for the new agenda to be posted. I think the actual wording on it states that if there are no valid laws available to bottom it and draw a new one.

Infantry, PDSs, and Spacedocks on the planet get destroyed (if it is an IH planet with a floating factory overhead, that would not be destroyed)
