I think it's still 50:50 whether twelve goes for meer or decides rolling over the jol nar into abyz fria is the better option.

Muaat are starved for resources early on, abyz fria puts him close to an early second warsun.

Though you're more likely the immediate threat, I feel like Twelve and his War Suns will be the bigger long-term threat, so if Twelve agrees to take my deal as laid out above, I'm going to stick to that and let you work your way up to your 3rd CT per round rather than giving it to you immediately.

If he doesn't agree, then maybe we can discuss.
