Ok, I’ve missed quite a bit. I like the Hanas case, and am going to go back and read him myself. Kalse seems too reasonable for me to want to buy into his Venesara case. Whenever I find myself thinking that about a player, they always turn out to be scum. And Thyr just looks scummy.

Decision time.

Like I said, Venesara case seemed solid to me but on another read they just feel too sloppy to be scum.

It's a toss up between Thyr and Hanas. Both are coasters, both feel scummy, both had a blunder of a post. Neither case feels stronger to me so I'm gonna go with a pragmatic vote. More people so far have commented on Thyr and I think their CF is more valuable than Hanas's.

tennes has been quite judicious with his vote and loquacious in his replies, so it feels like that vote switch carries a bit of weight, esp because it unbalances the vote count...however ven has completely disappeared, no posts since after osseric dropped his vote I think. that is one way to get out of a lynch, just disappear. looks like it's going to work, too, because votes are swinging already. osseric also made some weird comments about his vote for ven ...I need to look a little closer, but everyone is repeating the same "ven looks scummy, decent case, decent train....but naaaahhh" logic - which is fine, I can get on board with that esp cause ven isn't around, same logic used on hanas... something is bothering me, lookking back quickly.

i'll be around till time out, but I expect that pulling my vote from ven to thyr will tip the scale after tennes put thyr @ 5 vs. ven @ 4

in fact, has thyr even been around to defend himself? he posted 15 times on a single page but he's the defacto lynch du jour at this point and he has nothing to add... I still dislike ven's play and convenient disappearing act but this next bit from osseric is enough to make me change my mind

I like the Hanas train except for Sheltatha being on it. The Thyrllan train would be easy to jump on. There's little friction to doing so.

intersetingly there were 3 cases and decent options today that came out - hanas ven and thyr - but only thyr has voted, and for fandy of all people. I mean yeah OK my post count is pretttty low but I can't remember anything about fandy, why vote there after flooding the thread with quotes and one-liners? I can't remember the reasoning but -

this does mean that hanas and ven may end up not voting at all, and all else equal thyr CF gives town more info simply because he voted. i do find it weird that 2 of the main 3 targets today haven't bothered to vote or defend themselves..or even post...sigh..

Fully agreed. I don't like any of the votes on on Vesara until now except mine (and that included yours ) So Imma switch before I leave for the night.

Thyr accused Fandy of coasting. Quoted a post where Fandy said they'd need a re-read, asked "did you ever finish it?" and left a vote to "encourage" them to contribute.




Fandy was somewhat defensive about their drive-by vote Okral Day 1 (they were 6th vote or thereabouts). But coming from Thyr as a conclusion to the catch-up tirade it didn't feel like a strong accusation.
