Admittedly i'm the wrong audience, but that trailer seems about five minutes too long, the soundtrack dull, and the closest reference seems to be THE POSTMAN. Hannibal Lechter and Daryl Dixon in there, and THAT is what you show people? Am i missing something?

Ha, I was thinking the art guys were modeling hard on Mads Michelson and Lea Seydoux, then I reached the credits.

Bought the game. Downloading as we speak.

I have 7 days off, figure if I'm gonna give Death stranding a fair shake now is the time.

Just finished the prologue and the first chapter.

What a weird game this is. The writing is terrible but the world building is fantastic. So many what the fuck is happening moments and what they hell are they talking about conversations.

What difficulty are you playing at BK?

I've read that difficulty effects your balance. I'm considering dropping the difficulty to easy because constantly having to correct your balance left and right is driving me nuts.

Fucked up earlier and pissed off a BT. Got swept into a lake of oil??? And then an enormous tentacle Dolphin came out of the muck and flipped out. That was stressful enough but BB started crying as well. So now I'm wadling through though thigh high tar while a monster is slouching towards me and baby cries are coming out of the controller. And the whole countryside is sinking into desolation.

Say one thing about Death Stranding. It doesn't do things by a half measure.

Well, everything dies pretty fast in the rain, makes anything that doesn't live in caves or burrows pretty vulnerable.

I wonder about the plantlife though. They showed flowers sprouting, blooming and dying in a matter of seconds in the rain. So why are there trees or grass?

I had a horrible encounter earlier.

I finally unlocked the motorcycle and wanted to use it on my way to the lake city. Only half way there I ran into this rocky mountain passage and of course it started raining.

I ended up triggering the BTs but luckily I just got some blood grenades. Cool I think. I'm gonna fuck these ghosts up. Only I put the grenades on my bike and before I knew I was swept a hundred miles from the bike. I desperately tried to make it back while the squid dolphin tried to mate with me.

Ended up making BB so stressed he blacked out. Felt super bad about that.

I swear these monster encounters are right out of an HP Lovecraft story.

This game sounds so weird.
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

These Mads Mikkelsen clips with BB makes me wonder. I get the feeling that the BBs are being misused. I don't think Mikkelsens character intended for them to be in there very long.

I can't imagine drinking two let alone chugging five of them.

man, it's rare for me to experience such joy from a game as you seem to be getting from DS, BK. It's nice to see you have Apt to talk to too, so you're not just screaming into an empty thread Posted Image

I just saw a video tip suggesting you can scare away BTs and the oil ground thingies by whiping out your willy and taking a piss in their direction.

Truly a game of the generation.

Look what showed up in my game!

I think it's because I reached 5 stars with the Engineer.

Hey BK. Did you know you can skip various cut scenes by pushing start/options during the scene and pushing skip?

It's a blessing. Now I can chug monster and deliver cargo and what ever in s split second.

Did you get the BT gun from the junkyard guy yet? That thing changes everything!
