I want to finish near the top for once. I've played 2 games as Winnu and have been crushed. Though to be fair I played my first game as Jol Nar and was crushed as well but I'm thinking that was more inexperience than the race.

It means you dont just score your points at the beginning of the status phase and win. Gives me a chance to score a public and finish second.

@ Toaster:

You currently go first in actions and status phase.

You give your racial PN to someone who definitely won't win (Tapper/Tatts). Now you no longer go first in actions and status phase.

If Twelve/IH/whoever picks a strategy card lower in initiative than yours, they will be able to score points in the status phase before you win.

In return, they are saying that they will not try to stop you from winning this round.


For some reason, it seems to be a big deal to them if they finish on 10 points (and lose), rather than 8 points (and lose).

I can't, as I have to go through the Nebula which limits my movement to 1. Flank Speed would have raised that to 2.
