1) D'rek could have used an AC on my exhausting Tau Bootis but decided not to.
2) I have manoevred myself out of conflict with D'rek
3) You are talking 2 infantry which literally cost you nothing. If you weren't exhausting it for 1 resource then you'd be able to exhaust it for 3 influence which is a CT a turn in itself. I thought it a good offer, you exhaust for a CT and I don't use a CT to refresh trade goods. Both coming out even.
4) Ignoring the use of action card, which I was upfront about, I offered 1 TG for a free refresh which was more than reasonable and you declined the offer.
5) Again if I said nothing you would not be exhausting it now for 1 resource and I'd be in a better position to negotiate
6) Who else would you like me to use it on? D'rek who I have come in to an accord with? L1 who has been amicable throughout? Naalu who dealt in good faith?

You will piss someone if you use that card on them and clearly you value me less than other people especially since I'm offering you something not to. If you are so worried about pissing anyone else off just use it on an empty unclaimed planet for the stall. Do that and I'll give you a refresh.
