D'rek I have no intention of expanding out east in the foreseeable future. Your ships are a deterrant anyway, but if you are wanting to move them in search of good tech then maybe having peace of mind from this side may have some value to you. What do you think would be a good proposal for us to focus our efforts elsewhere?

Jazzarm i'll be wanting to move into Tar'mann as agreed this coming round, you are using it for its tech speciality before moving out. Are you looking at Wellon as your next objective?

And when you speak of focusing efforts "elsewhere", what elsewhere could there be? Twelve has been a very kind and agreeable neighbour, and is willing to give me tech acquisitions for minor boons. I'm hardly going to turn on him for your sake when you offer nothing but "peace of mind" - you'd have to at least offer me better than what he's already giving.

@Twelve, I offer the following: I will use my Galactic Threat ability on the planet of your choice, in exchange for either {a} 2 TG (whenever you next get them), or {b} you pick the POLITICS strategy card next round and make me Speaker (you're 5th pick, so it's a somewhat probable choice anyways). The galaxy will probably still pick one of your planets to disarm, but you'll likely be able to influence them away from a particular planet to the other to keep your plans as intact as you can.

I was thinking if you wanted to go through a wormhole, if we exchanged ceasefire's or something like that. You've assimilated the technology from me already, and I don't see a good strategy for either of us attacking each other all game.

If the XXcha stay true to their word, I'll be able to pick Tech. In that case Tar'mann is yours after I pop Tech and have had a chance to leave, as promised.

As for what else I'll be doing next round - well, that all depends on how this agenda goes and what other factions are planning. Wellon seems to be occupied currently, I wonder if the Creuss mean to stay? And I notice you're looking for a 6th planet to expand your borders. Which way will you be sending your fleets for that, without 'expanding out east'?

So for agenda phase there's usually a round of Ancient Burial Sites, followed by Veto/Quash, followed by riders. Nekro's prediction is in the 'rider' window. Are we doing all of these effects at the same time? It could be awkward if someone plays a rider and then XXcha decides to Quash, negating the rider - which is not possible normally.

Well I don't plan to fulfil the expanding borders VP next round but if I did I would negotiate with you regarding Wellon, or look to try nab a planet through a wormhole. In all likelihood i'll be scoring the TG objective next.

As we are swapping planets then there's no point swapping SFTT until we are settled in terms of territory.

Nom any idea on which strategy you'll be taking? I'd suggest politics so that you won't be last in strategy pick any time soon. If you work something out with Toaster and Jazz then you'd be always near first to choose. You cannot be Nominated twice in a row, so if I end up with Politics it'd probably go to Jazz next leaving you last. I'd have picked you but it's not doable.

Nekro have to use their Galactic Threat on their turn during the status phase. To my knowledge, this is how it has always been played. They would announce it at the same time as they would announce their use of any riders, etc.
