Are you both looking for a specific moment to have TECHNOLOGY being used ?

Tattersail: I would hope LOGISTICS would be played on your turn 3 this round. That would mean I would have my units ready to move from my home planet on turn 4 during this round.
Morgoth: For that to work LEADERSHIP would need to be played preferably before round 4 this round.

So Maybe I could help you both with the timing on TECHNOLOGY.

I'm not sure I'll be researching anything this round. I haven't worked around the logistics yet, pun intended, because I need to speak to the Nekro.

@Drek, do you have any designs on Tau Bootis? I'm planning on taking that system this round. I would have taken an earlier movement choice but this way I can build in Everra and move if we have any conflict. I was hoping to connect to you with Silvano but you've promised that system to Twelve.

I'm between diplomacy and warfare... but I'm still not sure what warfare does? Did we come to a decision on how the primary and secondary for these work?

My understanding is primary is plus 1 movement and fighting for all ships in the system. Secondary is move 2 ships using their capacity and movement capability from the hex they originate in.

Does the plus 1 movement move with the ships or do we still have the weird the ship with the high alert token assigned to it can't benefit from the +1 move?

I think we're still using the old way for this game since we didn't get much of a consensus on changing it and are already into round 2. Blend's decision, ultimately, though.

The above is correct and how we will proceed for this game.

I completely forgot to have the discussion about Warfare before starting the game. Given this game is already underway, we will continue playing it as we have in the past, but it's definitely a conversation we need to have eventually.
