I am not going to waste my last action doing this, as far as I am concerned I have completed my side of the bargain. Both planets are defenseless, no infantry at a cost of one of my actions this round.

If you don't there is absolutely no point in me even trying for the planets and you will therefore have already wasted an action and exposed your planets, and not even gained anything from it.

Also you can use Warfare to move the cruiser, it doesn't have to be a tactical action.

Public disgrace was more of an inconvenience to you. And I only did it because I had very specific plans for this round that went puff with Toasts use of Diplomacy. This action card is designed to specifically kill my units. A Huge difference. And it's still your turn so you could pick someone else but I dont think you want to. Well I'm going to sabotage it so it's still your turn
