Really struggled over the Josh Gordon pick. I've been rooting for him since his only good season like 6 years ago and I could see him having high upside in year 2 with the Pats. A lot of negatives too, though. I described his career to my girlfriend, who knows nothing about football, and her response was "you probably shouldn't". Clearly, she knows better than I do!

A big gamble this early in the draft. I was going to wait until 10 at the earliest. He could be a top 10 wr though, so no fault reaching for him.

Yeah, agreed. Especially with other WRs on the board who would have performed consistently. I think Hopkins as my first round pick helps offset the risk a bit too.

I changed my picks because technically Shin hasn't been here to pick most of the game so I beat the next guy up. I didn't realize I was up. Last I checked I was 15 spots away. If anyone objects change it back.

My draft is probably grade E or something as I've not been looking at Yahoo rankings at all. I've been going off my own research and youtube videos. Seem as I don't usually do well at drafting. At the start luck was a must pick but he's dropped so much over the last few weeks. When do you usually do your live drafts? A few days before the season starts so you know all about injuries? I was really hoping Montgomery fell to me on the next pick but I thought he'd go much later than he did. I'm wary of the next few pick as I don't really have a strategy anymore in terms of who to grab.

QBs always go way earlier in our league than ADP warrants.

I had Luck as my top target the round he was picked up, wanted Mayfield in the round Shan took him. I very much reached for Murray - no denying that - but I feel a lot of the QB4-8 guys, like Brees, offer a good floor but limited upside. Murray has (potentially) a skyhigh ceiling but also a non-existent floor: he's either going to be spectacular, or fail spectacularly.

Cheers! After Daser's selection, you, Shan and SB tend to come in hot and fast, either in my late afternoon or in the middle of the night - and it is a bit tough to plan 5-6 selections ahead.
