Correct - if a system is activated, nothing can leave the system, including infantry.

Alright, I will give Gnaw a chance to fix/modify his action due to his not being able to bring along that extra infantry. Then, assuming he passes on his next turn, I'll get the status phase going!

I think Morgoth has one to many strategic CT's, he used one for technology but doesn't seem to have updated his post

I went paragliding today, it was good!

If it was just his carrier and fight I would but with his cruiser too just not a good idea. As he can only bring 1 dude you would be favored in the fight.
