Other agreements depend on who does the invading - Blend, as primary wormhole exploiter, is my other neighbour and I'd prefer to be neutral/friendly to you both, for example.

A deak I am very willing to make is that neither of us uses PDS II when the other moves through systems within its umbrella (unless one of us activates a system owned by the other without consent).

Edit: Actually... I probably can't. If I don't get any stall ACs and with Twelve using Star Forge + TA I didn't get to use Warfare secondary, so I have nothing left to do. I have to pass. Sorry! First thing I do next round is going to be moving to A/L or Quann, though, so I'll be able to swap then if you're still up for it (I'll try to pick an SC earlier than TRADE so there's no chance that my first turn next round is after TRADE primary is played).

With Warfare and realizing using starforge would delay people being able to use its secondary I thought it wise to do so. Especially now that I can get max benefit with Technology.

Thought you had called our trade off altogether when I phrased it in a way which made the sftt exchange a prerequisite for the pn trade, and I would try to negotiate the deal further if I realised you did not, but since the original proposal admittedly did not phrase it in that way I guess I'll have to let it pass

Particularly I'd try to negotiate the warfare use on your next turn but too late for that too

So yeah not sure yet, tho I do not have a pressing need for hypermetabolism this round

Like I said your proposal was confusing. I thought the sftt exchange was a separate trade proposal and the original agreement for my ceasefire was still on. So to be clear we did exchange commodities and we did exchange pns? I couldn't have done warfare any sooner anyway as we had to border to do the trade and the trade had to happen before Tech. But if you aren't getting hyper metabolism there are a few other techs I would also use your pn on as well. Gravity drive, pds II, duraniam armor would all be acceptable.
