Never mind. It appears I missed a whole lot of back and forth yesterday trying to grab Rex. Now Khell's comment about all the plotting to take Rex was super amusing to him as he had D'reks provisional.

Whaaaa? I was nice last game! There was even a point where I was like "omg Tatts left a two-planet/5 res system on our border completely empty of units. I could just drop 2 infantry there and use the ceasefire to stop him retaking it, and use the resources to score an objective" but I didn't do it 'cause I wanted to be a good neighbour!

That's very good of you, by then the game was almost over but still we did not come into conflict did we. That's good. I am talking about times holding leadership back or something such like that was to hurt your enemies but hurt me too. I'd have to go through and see the instances but I just took note for future reference.

Well sure, there might've been some times when you were like "Hey, can you play Leadership right away it'd really help" and I was like "No, I really need to stall out this other player, I'd like to play it 4th turn, or 3rd at the earliest, sorry". That's just the game at work, we can't always get things to line up best for each other.
