A trade refresh gets me 2-3 TG after IH's pillaging, while researching costs me 1 CT=3 TG, so that alone wouldn't be worth it. 5 TG for it, if done at the right time so IH only pillages me once, would be worth it (I'd gain a net of 1 TG after paying the CT). Alternatively, voting the way I want in this coming Agenda Phase could be worth it depending on what agendas come up.

Okay I'll go ahead and place a deposit for the deal and refresh your trade goods and if the agenda phase happens we will pick this up.

Yes, I can read Unexpected Action doesn't give you a CT back, it just removes it from the board.

Map has been updated. It's missing the resolution in Thibah as I wait for Morghy's decision, and also Morgoth's possible Leadership secondary. I've updated IH's CTs on the map as he let me know his leadership secondary use (I've asked him to post it in thread as well).

Edit: Oh, and IH has added 2 infantry to Moll Primus.
