What are you talking about? He's in the exact same position as last round. Maybe even better. He only needs his home world and he most likely wins. We won't know for sure until the next objective is revealed but he has a better than 50% chance of winning next round.

I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Given that the Agendas will lead to another objective being revealed at the end of the agenda phase, we won't know during the agenda phase what all the objectives even are for next round. I would suggest, then, Blend, that you hold off on giving the racial during the agenda phase and wait to see both new objectives. Then, if you still want to give it to IH, I'm sure you can arrange for Tapper to get it and use it in the first turn and then immediately pass it to IH through the hands of another player as well (IH has plenty of trade goods, you can always have him pay the middle-man player 1 tg or 2 to get it there).

Sorry, not been around the whole day. I’m off to bed, but agenda phase has started. I know I haven’t done action cards, keep forgetting, but I’ll get to it tomorrow morning. There’s a few riders in play, I will post everything clearly tomorrow also.
