tatts, I will give you BN | Maneuvering Jets | Play after an opponent fires upon you with Space Cannon | Before you assign hits produced by another player's Space Cannon roll: Cancel 1 hit - if you promise to go through with that move.

I may make a risky play. I think my flagship can arrive in Mec Rex with quite a lot of infantry with good combat this round. It is a risk because I'd have to go through the gravity rift with my flagship. I mean I cannot win but I do have first pick next round so if I am lucky enough for my infantry to survive, then add with deaxcive animators I could maybe retain Mec Rex to score a point. I wouldn't be able to complete any other objectives though, and it may force someone to move for Mec Rex earlier than they want to to prevent others from taking it. I am quite excited by the idea. Nom, would you withhold your PDS fire if I was to attempt this?
Tatts it won't work.save your action.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Khell, I have dreads II why didn't you use sustain damage on my dreads before taking out my fighters as they couldn't be direct hit?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Well I'd rather you take my word for it but if you want to risk your flagship on a gravity rift and pds fire for a less than 100% invasion that is on you but if you do attempt it and fail will you still take Imperial and swap it with me?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I'd only take Imperial if it benefited me. Which is what you're hinting at it won't benefit me.

Well then do us both a favor and continue with your original plan and score that secret objective you've been working on

I gave up an opportunity to score a secret objective to make it more difficult for Morgoth to close the game out so the rest of us have more time to score points. I'd appreciate it if you don't immediately try and screw me over because of it. But someone will absolutely have to take Imperial before morgoth and IH and I would like to swap with whoever does so they don't get completely hosed on taking it even though I only get a choice between 2 strategy cards.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Because you didn't tell me to. I went with what people have usually asked me to do (even when they have dread II), which is destroy fighters before anything else. I'm not sure how many times I need to ask people to be specific with their instructions.

Well I specified in my last instructions when attacking Rex to sustain damage first before taking out fighters. I didn't realize I needed to state it again. My apologies I'll be very specific on any future attacks initiated by me. So please take the two additional shots on Morgoth's Dreads before they retreat. I might get lucky and take another one out.

You may have done, but I'm not going to remember that. While you only have your moves to focus on, I have eight other players. So if you stated in a previous action that your dreads should sustain damage first, I'm highly unlikely to remember that for a future action. So yes, all tactics/strategies/ACs/whatever instructions need to be given to me for their particular actions, if you want to make sure that things go how you envisage them going.
2 and 3, they still get away I'm afraid.

@Khell - in the Winnu/Letnev battle, the infantry are only floating around in the space area, not assigned specifically to the carrier2, so all that matters is total capacity. Since 2 dreads survived and the fighters all died, I believe 2 infantry should still have retreated with the dreadnoughts (to the space area of Tequran/Torkan). (If the fighters had survived, he could choose a combination of 2 infantry/fighters and the rest would be left behind and explode.)

I didn’t know that, thought they were stuck on whatever ship I had them retreat on, but that makes sense. I’ll correct it.

I saw, i'm considering it, as I have an extra move available to me, it's a risk but one I may be willing to take. However I don't think you can get it to me before my next turn which is the turn I'd need to activate Mec Rex.
