He's moving 2 cruiser II from his homeworld using warfare to get within 3 distance of Saudor which is the cruiser II movement distance. I still think he should be beating on Morgoth instead as he is Gnaw's biggest competition right now.

Well, if Gnaw obviously isn't going to help, even out of self-interest, so I'm going to have to attack Morgoth in Mehar Xull for the sake of him not getting the 11 planet objective this round.

Nevermind the pillaging. I hope that you can see that me taking that planet off Morgoth right now is in your best interests too, lest Morgoth snatch your VP lead, even if you plan to reclaim it next round. And as such I hope you'll withhold PDS fire.

In all likelihood he will build with Logistics, wait for Gnaw to pass, and go for Wellon. If I do manage to take Mehar Xull off of him, not sure what he'll do, Wellon and Saudor would be one possibility if he has the forces to spare (he has 7+ST resources left to build with, so yes he probably would have enough for both)

He'd have to beat off Gnaw's 3 cruisers and 2 fighters on Saudor.

Gnaw has 9 planets if he takes Saudor, to get that 11 planet objective and hamper his competitors he should fight with his War sun in Quen whatever.

With the number of resources he still has to spend, I don't think Morgoth would have too much trouble with that.

And yes, Gnaw should. And then Nom should in turn grab 1 of the many empties to stop him from getting the 11 VP, too. But neither of them will :sigh:

You could lock them down next round, or Gnaw's if you think there's treachery there. You'd be able to stall, and I asked Tapper if he was there as he'd have to sanction it.
