I absolutely DID try to make a deal for Lodd, and brought that deal up SEVERAL times over the course of our argument - you're the one who is throwing your game out, my friend. I have been trying to make peace with you this entire round. Hell, I've even managed to make peace with Nom, who I cut off from the rest of the game for the first few rounds. You're the one who refuses to budge here, not me.

Let me know when you decide you've had enough, I am and will remain open to peace talks.

Just on another note - you realize that this game is about making deals to prevent others from attacking you, right? I don't have much in terms of tools for negotiation. As a military race, my best tool is the threat of my War Sun. It's not MY fault that you have decided that you don't like the way I play. I feel the same way about you. You've needlessly thrown both our games out the window, over 1 resource.

Ordinarily I'd feel bad about it, but I just got deal-broken and invaded by IH, myself, so I'm not really in a position to let remorse guide my actions. I'm still not planning to attack you this round, but I'm not going to pay you for it. I do also plan to pull the troops out of Corneeq as part of the retaking of Bereg/Lirta, but I couldn't risk doing it this turn and thus leaving my homeworld open to IH (or, for that matter, to the possibility of you having In the Silence of Space and this was all a ruse).
