The Graviton Laser confusion has been cleared up with our friendly mod so that won't be used again, but as for not firing at all have to wait and see if IH will be reasonable or non

I haven't invaded you, I haven't stopped you claiming any planets you wanted to, I've not moved somewhere you wanted to control. I've mentioned playing signal jamming for trade multiple times on bereg lirta and you haven't said hey if you do that our ceasefire is over. So from my perspective it's not tricky and I would like my ceasefire back if you aren't going to honour our PDS deal.
