I am calling in your votes on an agenda this round Khell as it's the only way I may get a VP this round now.

Lol, you voted for me for Public Execution and continue to give the Speaker token to the lead players... what made you think I would have any reason not to use it on the largest planet just because it is owned by you?
D'rek, I have the politics rider. I'm calling in my votes this agenda to name me speaker so we can finally break the politics monopoly that seems to keep happening.
Mmmk, but let's discuss the possible outcomes before you decide which outcome to put it on, I could see it getting a lot of favour in either direction depending on how ships lie, and there's also the 2nd unknown agenda, too.

Just remember that if you do it'll place a CT in the system you retreat to, so you won't be able to re-attack him this round, and he'll get to build even more forces at the end of his turn. I dunno if it's better tactically to do that or whittle down his forces as much as possible now and attack again next round rather than fight him once at fullest fleet strength.

I didn't expect the betrayal but he's obviously calculated the outcome of the battle and holds all the cards this round with warfare and Prophecy of Xith. He has no TG's and no resources so what can he build? Either way, retreat would be best for me for now.

Ah good point, he has nothing but Sarween Tools to build with so will only gain a little bit of reinforcements.
It would just be if you had any decent odds (which I'm not sure you do) of killing one of his dreadnoughts it'd be potentially worth it to reduce the amount of bombardment and therefore hopefully keep your infantry alive. He only has 3 infantry for 3 of your planets, after all.

This is what I was thinking as well. Wanted to make sure people were okay with the outcome to maximize the chance of it actually passing.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Khell just needs to take 1 to gain the objective so most likely he'll focus on just 1 planet.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I deliberately waited till Tatts stuck in place any units he might have counter-attacked this round with.

Khell, I’m really looking forward to the Book of Gregh! At least novella length.

Actually Khell, one thing:
High Alert provides all "OTHER" ships in the same hex as your dreadnought +1 movement, but it does not affect the dread it's on. So you could move everything except the high alert dread to Tatts' home system.
Quote
MOVE: 2 Floating Factories, 3 Dreadnaughts, 6 Fighters, and 3 Ground Forces from the nebula to Arretze-Hercant-Kamdorn (High Alert and Flank Speed)

Well, you can either keep me to that error and force me not to move the dread, or we can retcon the high alert to a fighter, seeing as it didn't impact on any combat and clearly I meant for everything to move to Tatts' system. Plus I told you about this plan ages ago and was never corrected till now
Your decision.

I imagine if you decide not to retcon it then Tatts will also want to reverse course on his move and not use his skilled retreat.

I will absolutely keep you to the error - and if you think I pay close attention to what everyone says on thread (or even in your PMs beyond stuff that is directly related to game actions) then you're sorely mistaken buddy!

I have PM'd Tatts to see if he would like to change his use of Skilled Retreat - you can wait until I get that response before doing your invasion if you'd like.
