A 2:2 would with Tatts would not hurt me through piracy (I spent my TGs on purpose), but a 1:1 with you would have to wait to the Status Phase since we don't border. I am not sure you'd like that - and it would be a delayed break even for me best case scenario (getting my CT back in TG). I think I'd rather sit on the CT for Lead from the Front or its 2 pt big brother.
On top of that, Tatts already promised you a 3:3.

The deals you propose give you peace of mind, but they don't really give ME peace of mind at the same time. There's also no way I can let anyone have Ragh's Call while I only have one planet, that's just not happening (and that's probably not going to change either, sigh).

You're looking for security as you plan to leave your systems a little more vulnerable. You can certainly pay me off with a Trade Agreement, if you have it, and I'll promise not to try and take advantage while you're off on space adventures. I'm also a little closed in where I am. Moving the destroyer off the beta wormhole might open up other options for me later on down the line (but if you take systems off D'rek, I won't seek to mess with that), and would certainly be a friendly overture.

Oh, and this would be a must for any deal we end up making: No placing wormholes in systems with my ships in them this phase (or status phase, whichever phase it is again when you can move them round), if indeed this agenda coming up is what I think it is. And that goes for if you give the wormhole token to anyone else to place, you have to have them promise not to place it in systems with my ships in them. My ships are, after all, all that I have.
