Once again I regret how I worded that card...

The intention was to have that secondary be a way to shift ships to adjacent hexes - it most certainly not mean to allow people to teleport anywhere on the map that's unoccupied, and it was not meant to be according to movement speed but just to adjacent hexes.

That being said, the way it is worded, I would say that movement speed applies to those moves, so I will allow THAT, but Tatts, you can't move to the hexes around Mecatol Rex - your cruisers have a speed of 2 and are beholden to that speed.

We certainly can, your fleet isn't exactly giving me comfort either. What do you have in mind? I was actually wondering if Nom perhaps had designs on Bereg via the wormhole.

I thought it was the only way the secondary was good to be fair. What's the % it has been used? Not much, moving 2 ships into any empty hex like I did should be okay as they can easily get wiped out, and not backed up by any fleet close. I am not harmed, it does not upset me. No one else would be able to do the same move as both those hexes now have ships in them. I guess you could blockade ships and stuff though
