It's really the only way I have anything I can use to spend and it also depends on if you will be giving out free refreshes to Morgoth and Nom so I can cash in on their trade agreement pns.

Hmm. Well it probably wouldn't cause too much trouble if I did it early. How about I play it early (probably 2nd turn, maybe 3rd if something requiring immediate response happens at T2) and in exchange you don't play Logistics the same turn as Tatts plays Technology?

Definitely not. The sooner their TAs are cashed, the sooner they are gaining commodities again, and considering their current VP scores I want them to have as many obstacles as possible. I won't give them free refreshes unless I were to gain something that I feel gives me enough benefit towards catching up to them than not giving them a free refresh hopefully slows them down. Though I expect at least one of them will just pay the CT to refresh, anyway.

To do that I'd need his ceasefire pn as I would need to empty my home world and I'm not leaving my home world that vulnerable with the home world VP on the board. And as we aren't neighbors you would have to give it back to Tatts for him to give to me. Probably not going to happen.

Twelve if you want to stall a turn then I have an action card you can play, it means I move out turn 2 if that's acceptable.

The only caveat I have is that you play it on Mansa 3 as that is what I was planning to do.
