Yeah I'll defiantly take it. That Sabatoge on his shields holding was clutch. Would have taken a lot more losses if not for that.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Mmm, Gnaw's territories look super tasty right now.

He has the trade goods and resources to get his flagship + back which I'm assuming he will do before the end of the round.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

It'd be pretty much the only thing he would build though. Nowhere near enough to rebuild up to his former fleet strength. Also, I might be able to do something about that...
@Gnaw - are you going to do the right thing and quash the super-IH-advantage agenda? Or do I gotta go all carrot/stick about it? I'd much rather we have peace between us and we work together to hamper the point leaders

I mean sure quashing the agenda of your friendly neighbour just after all your ships blow up because the person who attacked you asked nicely makes perfect sense.

It does indeed. Since you two have apparently committed to never attacking each other, then he's safe from you abusing his exposed flank despite those ships blowing up, AND if he won't attack you this is the only way he can contribute to the table working together to stymie the point-leaders, which we should all be doing.

I certainly haven't agreed to never attack Gnaw. Friendly relations have been in the best interest of both of us. I've not attacked Gnaw and he's not attacked me, and we've lived together in harmony. I hope this continues.

So what, if he quashes the agenda you're going to attack him?

No but I'm less likely to do things like leave ships in the way so you can't attack him.

Well if he quashes the agenda I won't be going after him at all so that's hardly a concern. There are bigger fish to fry, and besides it seems I'll be on the defensive what with you announcing your intent to all-out attack me.

You know what would really mess up their plans is if Khell gives either Morgoth or IH my racial pn and they use it to take diplomacy so I end up with it instead of them and they have to waste more actions and resources to keep up with me in their worthless war of atrition.
I'm probably happy to do that.
I doubt IH or Morgoth would be willing to give up first or 2nd pick though.
Well, I guess I can reveal that I'm holding Public Disgrace and will be using it on Morgoth if he picks LEADERSHIP in order to stifle him from getting the 2VP PO. So maybe knowing that he'll be more willing to do a Winnu racial exchange and hope you, Twelve, can still pick LEADERSHIP when it gets to you. If you pick it and swap with him I won't Public Disgrace you, though I'll certainly be encouraging Gnaw/Tatts to pick it so that doesn't happen.
And that's about it for my efforts to stifle IH and Morgoth's continual lead. Hopefully Tapper can do something about Nom 'cause I'm out of plays.
If you notice how many tokens I have, blocking me from Leadership will not influence whether I can claim that or not next round. What it will make sure of though, is that I'll have to pick politics again and you'll be second to last picking strategy card another round. Or if Nom pays me You'll be the very last.

I was so sure I could get the objective this round, but then I suddenly realized I couldn't pick up counters from the fleet supply. It was a sad moment. Flowers closed, trees had their leaves wither.

Nice win Twelve, unlucky Gnaw. Maybe should have waited to see if Nom would've given you the battle - station card.
Twelve is doing a great job.

Twelve is doing a great job.
He's just defending himself man. None of what has happened so far was anything other than entirely predictable. Sure he's making the right choices, as one would expect twelve to, but they're not that hard to figure out. Taking a homeworld is something you do with guile and surprise. Not a straight on, several rounds of attack.

I see that but with all the strategy cards, and little production he has, he's done a great job. So many times he could've done a little something different but his choices have been spot on.

He would not have done so well if everyone else hadn't chipped in giving him stuff like votes and trade PN's and things as well. So his negotiation is also a big factor into how he has done so well.
