I could see him doing so again now that he has Gral, though leaving Warfare for Nom is a bit scary. Alternatively, Khell could go nuts with fortifying Mecatol with Construction, too.

Well Khell I don't mind you getting what you need but Twelve screwed me out of commodities last turn and I appreciate the effort on his behalf but I'm not going to let him get extra tgs this round to rebuild after I attacked him.

You aren't thinking this through Tatts. Take another look at the map. Khell has restictions he placed on himself and other incentives to not attack everyone but you, me, D'rek and IH. He has to go through you to get to me, IH and D'rek have the ability to make his options for expansion very costly and then there is you you left a very valuable system very easy for him to take.

You are lucky he isn't demanding more which you should gladly accept to prevent him from attacking you.

Ok if I give you my racial PN and you make me speaker I'm ok with that if you use the wormhole ability this turn, but where are you planning to move your ships? Nearly all of your options seem to involve attacking someone, and half of those options would mean attacking me.

So I'm not going to agree to a deal until we establish that my systems aren't going to be attacked, and if you move into one of my systems that I am compensated for any inconvenience.

I cannot stall more than one turn, so if you want me to wait longer than that you'll have to get something higher in the initiative than technology.

You, D'rek or IH are the only directions for me to go in. When you think about it, I'm not actually asking you to pay anything to me (unless your preference is option 3).

We'll keep our earlier agreement were you leave me alone unless provoked.

I'll give the free refreshes to Gnaw, Morgoth and Twelve and you give me 5 trade goods for my 6 commodities.

IH and Tapper will both get free refreshes as I have their trade Pns.

Also a question as to why you do not want Nom or D'rek receiving a free refresh? Nom isn't getting one as Twelve has his PN I think. So that leaves D'rek who's commodities are only 2 and she'll have no one to trade them with.

If you agree then I will throw my votes behind an agenda of your choice too as long as it benefits you and doesn't screw me.
