Vefut is perhaps the worst option available to me. Unless I want to give the victory to Nom or D'rek I guess. As for IH, I enjoy our understanding and besides, though Gnaw and I get along I would be pretty short sighted if I made a choice that would remove any pressure he may have on his other flank. There's no pressure from you after all.

Yeah, good call, between Nom and D'rek it's really key to attack the one that's 3 VP under you, rather than the player that's ahead of you :p

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

Has Nom received any pressure from you? The way he is set up may suggest he may pressure Gnaw but both you and Khell have left him alone and he is points leader. Silvano may have been a good option for you but I doubt you'd take that.

Edit Silvano has a ship.

I also think you should consider that I haven't moved any of my ships yet. A move into Arnor/Lor is likely to result in 4 dreadnoughts or some such swiftly destroying your ships and taking it back. Whereas other players have already moved the bulk of their forces and can't move them again this round.

Well yeah, but if I chose to make war on Nom I lose a point. Those points are precious.

It doesn't have a ship any more. He moved it.

True. It might be more advantageous for me to take New Albion - Starpoint. It's further away from your Dreadnoughts after all.

Are you going to leave all of your holdings undefended though, emptying every system of their defenses, to retake Arnor-Lor? An entirely average system that is valuable to me simply because it is far away from my own systems? I would think you want to keep Mecatol Rex for a while.

You've left yourself very open D'rek. I definitly do not expect you to be pleased about my move, but I hope you recognize how much more damage I could do to your game if I wanted to. I don't actually want you as a sworn enemy for the rest of the game.

You're right, I'd probably just be better off waiting for LOGISTICS to build in my homeworld and use that fleet to hit New Albion/Starpoint. I'm not going to be able to hold MR against 4th-Moon next round anyways, so the ships there can go to Qucen'n/Rarron - the main reason I wanted MR was for the influence for more CTs, and Qucen'n/Rarron would be a nice replacement for MR in that regard.

When you say you hope I recognize how much more damage you could do... I'm not so sure about that. I have a significant military technology lead on you and my racial abilities are a great counter to yours.

@Gnaw I do have devious plans, but they can go awry so I would probably need to shoot the shit with you.

With Twelve grabbing his flagship this turn I have a good way of pummelling him to death but I'd need to see what you say first.

Ie Say I attack Twelve first with a kamikaze sort of army to destroy as many fighters and damage as many ships as possible expecting them to die.

Then you attack Twelve with the army you build to further destroy/harass/damage his ships and then I attack him again with a decent army. It'd mean we can wipe out his ships. It just requires a bit of thought. Logistics would come in very handy here for me.

What possible reason would you have to sacrifice your ships for that?

Because he's not so smart and would be playing right into my plan.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

You offered. I accepted. Deal is done. Not my fault you are an idiot for doing so.

IH, I am planing to place the A wormhole token in Arnor-Lor and spread my roots there. I hope that doesn't collide with what you've got planned. There are limited options left for me with how Tapper and Nom managed to vacum up all the empty systems left over from Khell, and I need a place to expand away from my own home systems.

Sigh... I was fairly certain you were going to Saudor to get Twelve's SFTT. Sorry if I got your hopes up Twelve.

At this point I don't expect anyone to go for my sftt. IH had the best chance when it actually would have made a difference in my game and he didn't take it.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

There's a cruiser in Saudor.

Exactly. Destroying at least one ship and taking one of Gnaw's planets - the criteria for Twelve to give you a free point.

Actually it was updated to more than one ship. So Meer system or daemon or his home world right now.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

LoL, sorry, you're gonna have to wait on the combat for a bit. Gotta help my mom with the dishes, just wanted to post what provisionals I had so that people could keep playing while I was doing that. Should be back in about half an hour to resolve combat and any uses of Trades Agreements and whatnot.

Morgoth, I reduced the number of fighters you made to 3 so that you were within the Production of 6 your 3 infantry would have.

What? Why?

I did realize that I forgot to roll to see if the one that died regenerates though, doing that now. But I don't see where you get a GF for winning a battle?

@Blend:

1 - I'm playing Reparations on Morgoth taking Arnor.

Quote

CI | Reparations | Play during the other player's Tactical Action | After another player gains control of a planet you control exhaust a planet they control and ready a planet you control.

Exhaust Nestphar. Morgoth you'll have to adjust your Production step accordingly.

2 - Gen Synthesis/Letani Warrior 2 can only be placed on homeworld planets, not any planet.
