Why do I suspect Khell and Nom are inevitably headed for a fight ?

Ignorant human! The Xxcha do not possess nor need antennae. Do not confuse us with the extinct Sardakk N'orr. They too were a warlike culture who confused weapons for racial longevity.

Ok, I think that's us sorted for this turn.
Unfortunately, there's something I now need to ask Tapper
@ Tapper: I will entirely abandon Tar'Mann for you this round if you do not take it until next round. If you can't agree to that, then I'll have to leave behind ships/GFs you'll have to fight through if you want that system and potentially the ones above it.
Unfortunately, there's something I now need to ask Tapper

If you keep it empty next round as well, we have a deal. I will not touch Tar'mann this round.

Great, deal then. Thanks Tapper.

Now Khell we need to decide on the price of you disposing all these empty turtleshells from my planets in round 6 before advancing any further

Okay I think our little Lodor invasion should be settled for this round. You can still activate your blank alpha hex and use your flagship to destroy my cruisers, but once again I'd like to ask you to cease your hostilities that you so unjustly took upon yourself to inflict upon our rather patient coallition. I'm offering you payment of 2 TGs(1 this round 1 next) to leave those cruisers alone for the remainder of this round, since you wouldn't gain much from destroying them anyway, and I'm still interested in keeping our relations civil even after you tried to attack without me giving any reason for such aggression.

He can't destroy your cruisers through the wormhole without PDSII.

If you choose the other way around, I'd like to let you know that next round there's gonna be quite a couple of my shiny cruier IIs in reach of Lodor should you choose to repeat your mistakes and they're not gonna take kindly to you having done what you'd done to their kin.

His flagship can use space cannons in systems adjacent to it
