On the map point token strip you have Khell at 3 points but in the point breakdown listing you have him at only 2. Not sure which is the correct amount but thought I should point that out.

Odds are I'd have lost 1 or 2 infantry, and would have had to commit slightly more forces to bereg easily compensated for by the TG, you'd have lost 4 gf. Instead you get 3 infantry exactly where you need them on rex. It's definitely a better deal for you than me. But it's done now, if you don't want me to do something next time be explicit I honestly didn't think you would even imagine that not bombarding your infantry was part of the deal.

That was me forgetting bombard comes before invasion, otherwise I would have at least tried to stipulate that as well. Probably by threatening to put a PDS on Bereg.
