For Twelve I just hadn't been removing tokens as I should - his last status update is correct. I am updating the map now.

The most common consensus on boardgamegeek and other forums, and I agree with it, is:

The L1z1x, Xxcha, and Muaat racial Promissory Notes can only be used if those races still have a strategy token available to be spent. (Which aligns with rule 1.5: "When a player
resolves an ability, he must resolve the ability in its entirety.")

The Sol is different - their racial PN explicitly says "Remove 1 token from the Sol player's strategy pool, if able".

The Barony of Letnev's racial PN, which forces the Barony to lost 2 trade goods (or 1 if they only have 1), also can still be resolved even if the Barony has no TG due to the way it is written - on it the effects are broken into different paragraphs making them independent effects to resolve. (As per Rule 1.7)

An arrangement for mansa 3 would be good. What do you want for it? I'd only need it for a round.

3tg's to move everything out completely, and if you get Leaderships to play that first turn. So you'd play leadership and pay me 3TG's and first turn i'll move my ships into Abyz/Fria.

edit, it doesn't have to be first turn, but I wouldn't be able to move them without you playing that and paying me the CT's to do it, as I have my own plans elsewhere.

How about your trade PN with promise of refresh and you'll get 1 TG back when I use it?

I know you're better at making deals than me, you did well the last time we traded. The cost to move would be 3 Tg's next round at some point, is that better?
