Based on K/D ratio I'd go with Laseen. The people she fought along side and the people she bested suggests she was a super humanly strong and agile fighter. On top of that Malaz is fantasy writing on the level of comic book feats. Where as Miyaki is more grounded in reality, mystical ki stuff aside.
Now a more interesting question to me would be Miyagi vs Old Man Jackie Chan from New Karate Kid. I'd say that was a more level playing field. There I might go with Miyagi since he has more of a zen master kind of vibe.
