If these gods had surnames, would Kratos use them?

He barely uses names at all. Everybody is reduced to one or two syllable descriptors: Boy, head, dwarf, woman, witch, etc.

I have noticed after the dragon on the mountain that Kratos becomes more tolerant of the boy and trusting of his abilities.

BTW, is the boy of Kratos's blood? Or is he just the son of the woman he took as his wife? His step son, as it were?

Let's just say that it becomes clear by the half way point.

I happened upon those two Wulvers off that boat dock on the Lake of the Nine. Damn, the cinematics from that battle left my jaw agape.

Have you guys ever been paddling around the Lake of the Nine and ventured to look up, only to be surprised to see the head of the world snake? (Jörmungandr)

Damn, I just paid attention to the snow effects. Holy shit, they are some of the best I've seen in a video game. The tracks by Kratos and Atreus were created dynamically in this picture.

This article from Waypoint is an example of why I can't stand feminist commentary on video games:

https://waypoint.vice.com/en_us/article/wjb5jx/god-of-war-moms?utm_source-wptwitterus"

Big spoilers so don't read it unless you've finished the games storyline.

I continue to be amazed how feminist writers manage to twist any story into an affront against women. Somehow this writer manages to make the story not about the characters but about her own personal life.

Oh man, I can't believe I read that, what a load of crap and all the praise/back-slapping too for the peice on the forums... /shakes head...

You hit the nail on the head with the bolded.

Ok, working on one of the "Favors" (or side missions) and came upon some more dialog gold.

This time from Mimir (the head Kratos has hanging off his belt). He says:
Well lad, reavers have very specific priorities.
If it's not shiny, and you can't eat or drink it, might as well use it as a blunt object.

I had to pause the game for no less them 5 min. to let the pangs of laughter subside from my body. I hurt soooo good!

There's a chest puzzle in there that really had me stumped for five minutes.

It's a large part of why I rejected the movement (though of course, if you use the term 'egalitarian' to posit a position of general equality, aka what sensible feminists want, you're a shitlord REEE). I think there's a distinction to be made between the sensible kind of feminism and the batshit crazy one and it's a pretty important distinction to make because one is to be supported and the other not.
