At the moment, there's an Alpha wormhole over Lodor, one near Khell's homeworld, and one on Tapper and Gnaw's side of the galaxy, so just saying it's not clear to me which system you're invading.

There are currently no ships on the Lodor system, so I assume he's going to just the other side of that wormhole and engaging Tapper's fleet on the other side of it.

Battle is resolved, everyone is passed, nothing left except Tapper's agenda effects but that won't have any bearing on the action phase. So...
We then proceed to the Status Phase, and after a quick double-check of everyone's SOs I can announce that IH IS THE WINNER. He will reach 11VP in this Status Phase via Revolutionize Warfare for 2 VP plus his other secret objective (Monopolize Production - Control 4 industrial planets), while no one else will reach 11VP.
Congrats to IH for the sneaky last-minute points grab, exactly the kind of tactic Yssaril excels at.
I hope everyone had a fun time!

Interestingly, the Agenda on the top of the pile (which Tapper could have swapped in for this coming Agenda Phase) was:
MUTINY (DIRECTIVE)
FOR: Each player who voted "For" gains 1 VP.

Might not be a bad idea for everyone to still make their status phase posts just to see how the final ordering of points winds up, second-place bragging rights, etc (and give the game thread some nice closure)
